Nothing is happening when I clicked on the logicAlloy's Windows
installer download link
(http://downloads.sourceforge.net/logicalloy/ale_1.0.11-win.msi?use_mirror=osdn)
except a blank window.

I'm using Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6.

Do you know what is the problem?
