[Logicalloy-ale-user] Database Subscribers

Hi All,

I'm new the logicalloy software and have it up and running, but I'm getting stuck on adding a MS SQL database subscriber. 
I am pretty fluent with sql server, but can't seem to get the setup the schema and table structure needed. 

Does someone have a quick step-by-step to get this working or a pointer in the right direction?
