#4 EAccessViolation in 'ntdll.dll'

I've an access violation in the dll called 'ntdll.dll' when the program shut down.
It happen on the finalization part in 'Log4D.pas' for the DefaultHierarchy.Free (Shutdown function) and LogLog.Free and cannot be caught by a try / catch code.

I don't know if there is a bug or if i've done an error into my code or the configuration file.

All elements to solve the problem is in the file in attachment.

Configuration :
- Delphi 5
- Windows 2000
- Log4d 1.2
