Loc Cit / News: Recent posts

The Loc Cit project has just had an overhaul, with a gallery of screen-shots and brightening lick of virtual paint the most prominent additions!

The project is taking advantage of the Java WebStart technology, which allows for the application to be started directly, just by clicking a link. A stand-alone version will still be developed alongside.

I've worked on the app recently and am pleased to announce that a v0.2 release will be out soon!

We have some great development tools set up; they automagically talk with SF hosting and Ohloh to make some cool stuff like code stats & analysis. Well: geeky if not cool!

Keep an eye on this site or loccit.sf.net for an update & I'd really appreciate any feedback.

I've had interest in this project so will work on it when I can to get a decent release out. The current development version has one source and style working, so it is a matter of filling in the various syntax of the other styles. I'll also fix a couple of niggling bugs before releasing a v0.2 over at SourceForge!

I've thrown together half of a release so you can get the feel for the program.

It's at this stage that feedback is most effective, I'd love to hear from you any suggestions about the interface etc. of the program! Please use the discussion board to post them and I'll do my best to help.
