There are 2 current versions:
locate32_3.1.11.8220a_fix_for_XPSP3.zip
locate32_3.1.11.8220a_fix.zip

Are we supposed to use locate32_3.1.11.8220a_fix.zip unless we have XP SP3?

There is no x64 version posted of 8220a. Should we stay with 7100 if we have 64-bit windows?
And are "x64" versions for Windows 64-bit, or for 64-bit machines, or for any AMD machine?

Hmm. locate32_3.1.11.8220a_fix.zip might also be 64bit version. I do not really remember. You could try it and use it if you do not have any problems. Otherwise use 7100
