extremely small font in the search results display

I'm using Version 3.1 build 11.7100, running on Windows 7 (Version 6.1
Build 7601) Service Pack 1. Locate32 is displaying my search results in
a very small typeface, and I can't figure out to restore it to a
reasonable size, like 12pt. The problem is persistent across reboots of
Windows 7.

There is "Use costom font" option for the results list in settings (Advanced tab). Maybe you have accidentally enabled that? Default for that seems to be Tahoma 9 which might be quite small.
