Simplified installation process.

The first public release of List-Summary, version 0.9.3, has been released.

List-Summary is a small program that monitors a mailing list and keeps
statistics about subjects and contributors. It then mails a summary
of those statistics to the list once a week, once a month, and once a
year.

Besides being interesting, the statistics help remind participants
what fraction of the bandwidth they are responsible for. Experience
has shown it is reasonably effective at getting particularly prolific
contributors to be more selective in what they contribute.... read more
