#2 Create a separated executable for data- and controlserver

Currently data and controlservers are started and handled by lwserver.

This has the disadvantage of not being as flexible for starting more instances. It would also be better for a new lwserver just fork and execve those executables to have a clean environment for the new process.

This is scheduled after alpha release but might not be so much to do and slip before it, we'll see.
