LiegKat-Archiv Release 0.9.4

New maintenance release of LiegKat-Archiv is distributed with the source distribution LiegKat-Archiv-0.9.4 and the test data distribution LiegKat-Archiv-TestData-0.4.4.

New features with Release 0.9.4

• new XSL translations for HK, BGRUND and EDBS-ALK to convert these German cadastral spatial data formats into JML.
  Its now possible to import these datas into OpenJump.

Liegkat-Archiv delivers converters with parameters for coordinate transformations to convert the spatial data formats used in German cadastral agencies before ALKIS into KML and JML.
It delivers Python packages and XSL files. Main project language is German.

Supported formats are:

• Digitale Flurkarte (DFK)
• Hauskoordinaten (HK)
• Bearbeitung und Benutzung der zentralen Grundrissdatei (BGRUND)
• SQD/SQS (Sequential Data Format of SICAD)
• EDBS ALK (Liegenschaftskarte)
• EDBS PUNKT (Punktdatei)
