LiegKat-Archiv Release 0.9.0

New maintenance release of LiegKat-Archiv is distributed with the source distribution LiegKat-Archiv-0.9.0 and the test data distribution LiegKat-Archiv-TestData-0.4.0.

New features with Release 0.9.0

• convertion of format EDBS-ALK, used in German cadastral agencies to exchange automatic real estate maps
• convertion of format EDBS-PUNKT, used in German cadastral agencies to exchange point informations
• special german text encoding ASCII DE/DIN 66003

Liegkat-Archiv delivers converters with parameters for coordinate transformations to convert the spatial data formats used in German cadastral agencies before ALKIS into KML.
It delivers Python packages and XSL files. Main project language is German.

• Digitale Flurkarte (DFK)
• Hauskoordinaten (HK)
• Bearbeitung und Benutzung der zentralen Grundrissdatei (BGRUND)
• SQD/SQS (Sequential Data Format of SICAD)
