LiegKat-Archiv Snapshot 0.8.8.edbs

Stable snapshot from the EDBS development branch of LiegKat-Archiv is distributed with the source distribution LiegKat-Archiv-0.8.8.edbs and the test data distribution LiegKat-Archiv-TestData-0.3.8.edbs

It adds to Release 0.8.2 basic support for the EDBS-Punkt (Punktdatei) and the EDBS-ALK (Liegenschaftskarte) format from the edbs development branch.

• creation of edbs alk point, line and area objetcs out of FEIN and BSPE format
• creation of area geometries with holes and exclaves
• creation buildings as 3D blocks with different heights
• creation area of "Tatsaechlicher Nutzung" with different colours

Liegkat-Archiv delivers converters with parameters for coordinate transformations to convert the spatial data formats used in German cadastral agencies before ALKIS into KML.
It delivers Python packages and XSL files. Main project language is German.

Supported formats are:

• Digitale Flurkarte (DFK)
• Hauskoordinaten (HK)
• Bearbeitung und Benutzung der zentralen Grundrissdatei (BGRUND)
• SQD/SQS (Sequential Data Format of SICAD)
