LiegKat-Archiv Release 0.7.6.sqd

Stable snapshot from the SQD development branch of LiegKat-Archiv is distributed with the source distribution LiegKat-Archiv-0.7.6.sqd and the test data distribution LiegKat-Archiv-TestData-0.2.6.sqd

It integrates the new coordinate transformation features in Release 0.7.6

• support for NTv2 grid files like BeTA2007
• support for pyproj
  with the basic support for the SQD/SQS format from the sqd development branch
• SQD-Elements: Pointer, Sachsatz, PG, LI , BO, FL, TX, OB, OJ
• building polygons with holes
• decoding numbers in X-Format (IEEE-format)
• special treatment for coordinate offset in HH files

Liegkat-Archiv delivers converters with parameters for coordinate transformations to convert the spatial data formats used in German cadastral agencies before ALKIS into KML.
It delivers Python packages and XSL files. Main project language is German.

Supported formats are:

• Digitale Flurkarte (DFK)
• Hauskoordinaten (HK)
• Bearbeitung und Benutzung der zentralen Grundrissdatei (BGRUND)
