LiegKat-Archiv Release 0.7.5

New maintenance release of LiegKat-Archiv is distributed with the source distribution LiegKat-Archiv-0.7.5 and the test data distribution LiegKat-Archiv-TestData-0.2.5.

New features with Release 0.7.5

• the coordinate transformations with datum shifts supports now NTv2 grid files like BeTA2007
  (see http://crs.bkg.bund.de/crseu/crs/descrtrans/BeTA/de_dhdn2etrs_beta.php)
• better performance for the coordinate transformation by use of pyproj
  (see http://code.google.com/p/pyproj)

Liegkat-Archiv delivers converters with parameters for coordinate transformations to convert the spatial data formats used in German cadastral agencies before ALKIS into KML.
It delivers Python packages and XSL files. Main project language is German.

Supported formats are:

• Digitale Flurkarte (DFK)
• Hauskoordinaten (HK)
• Bearbeitung und Benutzung der zentralen Grundrissdatei (BGRUND)
