Highlighted changes,

o HTML display bug fixed,
o LibWeb::Core::send_mail() now works on NT,
o Added LibWeb::Themes::Default::tabber() which allows adding a tabbed-navigation bar easily to every HTML page.

A new version of libweb has been released.

LibWeb-0.01 is 95% complete, I just need some time to do Perl modules packaging. Should be available soon.
