After many years of hard work, this is the first public release of the libcw spin-off library: libcwd.

libcwd is a well designed, and re-designed, truely object oriented Debug Support library that will benefit all linux Open Source developers who use C++.
This is the first library that fully supports ostream debug output, custom debug channels and custom debug device objects.

libcwd also comes with a fair ammount of memory allocation debug support, like pointer validation, fully demangled types and custom descriptions per allocation as well as source-file/line-number information of the place where allocations were made.
