#6 No way to use '#' character in config file

There is no way to escape the '#' character in
/etc/news/leafnode/config. This causes the character
to be unusable in passwords. I think
configutil.c:parse_line() is where it is dropped.

    Yes, '#' is usable after quoting in the new version. I am
    able to read & post now. Thanks for the speedy response.

    I'm closing this bug in anticipation of the leafnode-1.11.0
    release, and because the 1.11.0.rc3 contains the working fix.
