#19 Wrong format string in the nntputil.c leads to the crash of fetchnews

There is unrecognized format option 'h' in the nntputil.c which leads to crash of fetchnews on the attempt to log successful connection.

Thanks for debugging this and providing a patch. This should be fixed in version 1.11.10.
