#13 Leadnode is running but I can not see it

I have installed and configured leafnode, but can't see
it from the local server.

I have verified the service is running but both PAN and
a local telnet to localhost 119 do not respond.

I have checked through the install and readme and
ensured that xinetd is running as well.

Be sure to reload the xinetd configuration (SIGHUP for
current versions, SIGUSR2 for older xinetd versions), check
/etc/hosts.allow, and if that doesn't help, check the logs.
If that still doesn't help, show xinetd log excerpts and
mention your operating system, version and xinetd version.
