leafnode -D -e fails silently, and leafnode -e -e doesn't do what the
manpage describes.

fixed in leafnode-2.0.0.alpha20050914a.

NOTE: you MUST use -e as a single argument and MUST NOT
merge it with other options. leafnode -e -v is different
from leafnode -v -e, the former logs initialization problems
on stderr, the latter does not.
