#1 Install for Lazarus 0.9.14+

For Lazarus 0.9.12 (Windows) I was able to install the
LazReport. With Lazarus 0.9.14 and 0.9.16 this is not
possible, as the required routine BrushCopy (LR_PrDlg)
has been taken out of Lazarus.
