#15 Weby search suggestions patch

This patch adds the ability for Weby to load a list of search suggestions from a URL which returns an OpenSearch JSON list (application/x-suggestions+json).

I also added default suggestion URLs for Google, Yahoo, and Wikipedia:
http://suggestqueries.google.com/complete/search?output=firefox&q=%s
http://ff.search.yahoo.com/gossip?output=fxjson&command=%s
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=opensearch&search=%s

Other search engines may have an application/x-suggestions+json URL as well. The easiest way to find out is to check an opensearch description file.
