Launchy does not autorun in Win10

#500 Launchy does not autorun in Win10
When I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7 Pro, Launchy no longer runs at startup. It is flagged to do so in my OS, but appears to fail unless I explicitly run it after I am logged in. I am running Launcy 2.5.0 and am willing to provide logs/whatever you need to chase this issue.
