#491 Can't add catalogue entries for launchy on Mac

Hi.

I've noticed it's impossible to add catalogue entries for launch on mac I'm using 2.6 Beta 2 on OSX 10.9.2.

Steps to reproduce:

1) right click on launchy, select options.
2) select catalogue tab.
3) click the + button
4) click the folder icon next to the new entry
5) see that the browse (child) window is stuck out of focus behind the options (parent) window and no selection can be made.
