#4 Sychronization does not find all files

2 problems I have noticed. Have Mandriva 2005 LE and
Zen Touch with firmware 1.01.03, KZenExplorer 0.6.

I have about 1500 mp3s on the player, approx 6.5GB.

1) The media library on the linux box is empty.
Starting the Synchronzie function produces a full list
of files to transfer from the player to the mdeia
library and transfer starts, after a while the file
transfer will stop with many files still left in the
file transfer window, the window is active and the main
window in the background is inactive. This happens
after many hundreds of files. Exiting the program and
restarting, then starting the Synchronize function
again finds no files to synchronize even tho there may
be several hundred files on the player that are not in
the media library.

2) Using the Save Files option to save many files from
the player to the media library stops transferring
files before all files in the transfer list box is
empty...similar to above.

This is a bit annoying since it effectively means you
can't use the software unless you only want to transfer
a few files at a time and you know what they are.

Otherwise great product, would like to continue using
this instead of gnomad2:)
