#10 Wrong handling of non-latin1 charsets in track ID3 tags

Hi,
I want to complain about incorrect handling of non-latin1 ID3 tags inside
the jukebox. I've currently have some songs with UTF-8 tags, which are
handled correctly by the player, but the kZenExplorer shows me empty
lines as track information. Could this one be fixed? (please note that one
should want not only UTF-8 encoded tags, but tags encoded in whatever
codepage he wants). There's a flag in the ID3v2 tags i suppose which tells
the encoding. If there isn't such, a default encoding could be configured.
