this free day I try to use function knowledge base , when I need to add files get the error msg " File upload failed .Please contact your administrator and also I try to change my user "admin" permission , after changer but can not save ..

The current options available in this software is what we were looking for. The price isn't bad at all either.

It is a good product, important feature is ease of installation and use. The problem comes with upgrading where there are bugs that are not registered and followed up. Multiple updates and bug fixes holding the same version number. Build number is different though.
