Hello. In the latest Mac version, when you are on a call and push the dialpad button (in order to input number to navigate an IVR for example), nothing happens. The button looks like it is active, but the dialpad does not display making it impossible to input numbers while on the phone. Screenshot attached. Hope that helps!

I think this might have happened after upgrading to Snow Leopard but not positive.
