#26 kchmview does not work with chm contain non-latin url

Sometimes kchmviewer cannot view some chm files, after extracting the chm file with 7-zip under windows, I found the generated html file all contain non-latin charactors in their filename, it looks like kchmviewer convert the url to certain charset but does not convert it back when trying to resolve the object and just call the chmlib with the converted name, and chmlib just say the object does not exist.

The extraction command in kchmviewer can extract the content, but the filename it not converted, so the result is some sort of mess.
