KCdRead allows reading of cdroms in native Kurzweil format. With the new release, it fully features the Linux operating system (Intel an PPC machines). Simply pass the name of the device that holds the cd to the program, i.e. kcdread /dev/cdrom

The new release works well on little and big endian machines.
I included a test file, too. It doesn't generate useful data, but shows whether the system areas of the image file (First Sector, FAT, RootDir) are read properly.
