Hotkey	Function
CTRL + Insert	Copies source to target
CTRL + Return	Confirm segment and jump to next
Tab	Jump to next segment (saves the current segment if it’s a draft)

Tag Management

Tag management is currently less than ideal. Clicking on tags in source copy/pastes them as the last character of target or you could, alternatively, use CTRL + Insert to copy source into target. At the moment, tags are not draggable.
