it would be really great to make unscented kalman filters with this library. (and have an accompanying example in the documentation.)

True, UKF seems nice. I have no experience in UKF except what wikipedia tells me ;) Unfortunately, I do not have time to add such a completely new feature to EKFilter. However, if anyone is willing to send patches or even become developper, I would be glad that the code be kept up-to-date.
