#10 International Metars: CAVOK, NOSIG

In looking at the International locations I am finding
some of the codes missing. One in particular is CAVOK.
This is defined as the following.

Visibility greater than 10Km, no cloud below 5000 ft or
minimum sector altitude, whichever is the lowest and no
CB (Cumulonimbus) or over development and no
significant weather.

Example:

EGPF 280220Z 30008KT CAVOK 01/M03 Q1006

Also another one missing is NOSIG. It is defined as follows

No Significant Change
Nosig is added to the METARs of locations where no
forecaster is available to give trend forecast. It is
omitted with Auto METARs and those from smaller
locations.

Example:

EDDB 280320Z 21003KT 2300 BR FEW028 SCT062
M06/M06 Q1000 NOSIG

CAVOK support added to CVS head

can now use metar.getIsCavok() to determine if CAVOK was
specified

if CAVOK is specified, then visibility is set to 10KM

haven't addressed NOSIG yet
