#179 many artefacts missing javadocs on maven.org

Many of the artifacts [sic] on maven.org are missing javadocs

This causes a bit of a problem when using IDEs because it is not trivial to attach manually downloaded javadocs to Maven projects (at least in Netbeans). I am falling back on reading the raw source comments and the online javadocs when I have a connection.

((haven't used source forge in years, the convoluted process I had to go through to file this report reminds me why... I'd recommend moving to Google Code if you fancy a change ;-) ))
