#516 RemodelerTool not correct

There are several bugs in ModelerTool :
Z should not be interpolated point before or point after has no z
Z interpolation is not correctly computed in the normal case
When the new geometry produced is invalid, there is a warning, but the transaction is not rolled back
Corrections are in progress
