#263 Extra Space added after comma, semicolon, hyperlinks after cleaning using jtidy.

Unwanted space is added after various punctuation and hyperlink. As for example if html is::
This is code part. This is strong, is not it?
Then in output html from jtidy adds extra space before full stop and comma in above case. Is there any workaround for this until it will be fixed?
