Try out JsQuiz

only 6 steps to create your own quiz:

1/ download the zip file: JsQuiz_vX-X_dist.zip and unzip it.

2/ go to the Collections folder and edit the file: collectionNames.htm
enter the titles of the chapters for your quiz

3/ make a folder for every chapter name in collectionNames.htm, in the Collections folder.

4/ in every chapter folder add a file: questions.htm with the following markup:
new question: ###
row for image (only image name and extension, no path), if no image --> no empty line
question text on 1 line (use
for new line inside question/answer text)
answers, one on each line, correct answer(s) have *** in front of them

example:

5/ copy desired images inside every chapter folder

6/ upload the whole thing to your preferred ftp server
