#6 Jscooktree too slow + memory leak = very slow

As mentionned on the first page of the site :

"Note: I do know the problem of using JSCookTree on a huge tree w/ 300+ items. It can be quite slow. I will try to address that problem in the next version."

I'm using IE6 and I've 175 items in the tree.

The first time I use the tree it takes about 3 seconds (yes it's quite slow). But after using the website and using this tree many time during the day, it takes about 30 seconds for displaying the tree. The tree is not usable anymore for users and they have to quit and restart IE6.
