#23 Adobe SVG plugin is not overlaid

When a webpage renders SVG graphics in IE 8 using the Adobe SVG plugin, the graphics are not overlaid by the menu. In this case, the SVG is an iframe whose source is an xml document with an xsl transformation to SVG graphics.

I suspect all that's needed is to allow the iframe masking method that is used for IE 5-6 to be used in newer versions of IE. From a tech document on the jscook website:
For IE 5 to 6, JSCookMenu 2.0 implements an iframe masking method s.t. the DHTML menu can be displayed over select boxes / flash / iframes. IE 7 removed window based controls completely and thus iframe masking method is disabled.
