#16 Blocker P0: menu on a form makes input elements non-clickabl

Repro:
Create a form with a textbox and to the left have a jscookmenu with 2 levels of submenus. To have the menu show on top of the form, you have to assign it a higher z-index. If you do that, you will notice that you cannot click on the textbox any longer to focus on it.

Frustrates all users and makes the menu essentially non-usable. I am looking out for other menus in javascript now to solve the problem.

I'd love it if someone could fix this problem soon. This is a high priority blocker bug, in my mind.
