#106 Java 6 sTaX has differing behavior to Woodstox

testReadWriterParseType test in Java produces "", span, null in startElement() of XmlLiteralWriterImpl whereas Woodstox produces null, span, null. Woodstox allows that first null in the writer.writeStartElement (line 114) but Java 6 doesn't. If Java 6 gets a null it throws an exception.
