Remove Windows version of GCC compiler (was for convience purpose). so that avoid need to worry about GNU license in this package

In the downloads for this project you distribute a binary-only version of the GNU C compiler. Would be nice if there was a command line option to recognise an EXIF Orientation flag if it was present in the jpeg. i.e if option flag was set then auto-rotate the image as required before conversion. Thanks for a great program! :-)
