#9 joe-2.9.7-pre0 wordwraps at the wrong place

Hi,

joe-2.9.7-pre0 wordwraps at the wrong place in a line
when the option wordwrap is set. It activates wordwrap
at the right place (e.g. after crossing column 72 or
80), but wraps not only the last word, but sometimes
quite a few more.

I couldn't find where in the source this miscalculation
happens, so I can't provide a fix.

Observed both on Linux and Solaris.
