#8 joe-2.9.7-pre0 still deletes a character when wordwrapping

Hi,

joe-2.9.7-pre0 - also if including the patches posted in
"[ #438614 ] Several patches for 2.9.7pre0" - still loses
a character every it it wordwraps.

This was already reported by marx_sk in the News forum
(http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?forum_id=83315).

A new patch against 2.9.7-pre0-marx_patches (#438614 as
named above) will be posted to the Patches forum.

This patch did not and does not fix the fact that wordwrap
wraps at the wrong places (taking along more than one
word), which I'll report separately.

patch against 2.9.7-pre0 with marx_sk's patches already applied - should work fine against 2.9.7-pre0 vanilla
