#2 patch to display max kbps and avg kpbs

This is a simple patch that keeps a high water mark
of the max kbps/mpbs reaches since the program started.

Apply using:

cd jnettop-0.10.1
patch -p1 < ../jnettop-0.10.1.jg.patch
