I'm getting the exact same problem as the person who
commented earlier. I have tried many different copies of
the database with it. The last working database was
20020811.

Is this project dead?

Assumable the same problem as in bug 642281. Use patch for
0.1.0c for importing al but offending (parsing-wise) records.
