jlibrary shows the false category in the revison dialog on old revisions. see atteched screenshot. by current revison category is set to "Test", initial revision was assigned to category "Unassigned". but the revision dialog shows "Test" by the initial revison.

I moved this from bug to feature. jLibrary does not support reference links on versions. That is: categories, relations, users, etc. Only basic attributes and content. Support any reference link versions would have been complex enough to delay initial versions (specially handling deleted categories, users, permissions, etc.).

If jlibrary not support reference links in version (i thin this is ok, if it documented), why does is generate a version by changing reference links?

You have a fair point with the docs Uwe. This has always been a weak point in jLibrary.

jLibrary currently stores the following information as a new version when you click save: creator, updateDate, name, description, type (mime),importance, position, keywords, url, author, title, creationDate.

Nothing more. The only ref. stored is creator and author. I think I went to far in my previous comment but was only for not going very deep into details. Sorry about that.
