#10 Usability: Quick-navigation for selection-dialogues

E.g. for relations add some "Quick-Navigation" similar
to the Windows File-Open Dialoge (big square icons on
the left "Workspace" / "Desktop" / ...)

Maybe the jLibrary Quick-Navigation can be like this:

* "Root Folder" (root of the repository)
* "Near By" (this would start at the same folder as the
document that is open)
* "Recent" (this would start in the folder where a last
relation was established)
