Holy crap! I finally got around to polishing up this release.

There's a bunch of new stuff that went into this build. The most important feature(I feel) is the shift to threaded server instances. Now, under one process, the bot can spawn threads for every server you configure it to connect to. The plugins that certain instance loads can be different than from another.
