#6 IE7 aggressive cache trumps language change

On IE7, requests are cached and idempotent; to replicate:

1 - Send a message in English to a Chinese buddy
2 - Observe translation in Mandarin
3 - Change destination buddy to French, and re-send the same message in 1) above
4 - Observe this returns the Mandarin translation in 2) above
