I have a GPX files with recorded Tack Segments. (see pic1).
After open/save this file with JGPSTrackEdit, all these segments are merged to one big track. (see pic2)
In the original GPX file I see the TAGS
...
<trkseg>
.....
</trkseg>
...
But after open/save all these TAGS are lost.
Is this a bug, or do I need to switch any option in JGPSTrackEdit?
Hello Erhard, multiple track segments in one GPX file are collected to one track. After opening the file the information of the different segments are lost.
On TCX files the handling differs. Multiple tracks in a TCX file are opened as a collection of independend tracks.
Note: there is no way at the moment to store multiple tracks or track segments in one file.

If not, then there is no reason to wait for a reply....

thx
